This seasonal closure helps protect our guests, neighbors, and Sedona's beautiful landscape. We appreciate your understanding!
***PET POLICY***
While we love pets, they are not allowed at this property. If we are made aware of a pet on the property and it was not communicated to us before the reservation we will automatically charge a $500 fee upon check out.

This was the best VRBO I have ever stayed at. Every tiny thing from the cleanliness of the hot tub to the availability of laundry baskets to the abundance of towels was perfect. We came as an adult friend group and are already planning to come back with our kids—they would love it.

The house was beautiful and perfect for a family vacation. The backyard was a great place to enjoy with family after a day of hiking. The house is very clean, kitchen is well stocked and it’s close to all the major attractions in Sedona.

When I say it's even better in person, I mean this. Unreal stay, amazing amenities, super comfy and clean beds! Super close to all actives and shops. Will be back 100%
