About this apartment rental
The charming two-bedroom duplex Ethnic Eixample apartment has had a complete redesign. The bold colour choices by our interior designer reflect the characteristic vibe of the Eixample neighbourhood. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a fresh snack or master your knowledge of Spanish cuisine. This duplex offers a mezzanine bedroom and another bedroom with two cosy beds. The bathroom features a rainfall shower and a modern design. Here in the Eixample neighbourhood, you will experience the best Barcelona has to offer, from the little street market to some of the most beautiful landmarks, such as the Casa Mila.
Premium amenities include free WiFi, cable TV, hotel beds and linens, high-end toiletries, and a Nespresso machine.
The elevator is going up to the fourth floor. To access the apartment on the fifth floor, you will need to use the stairs for one floor. Additionally, the low ceilings in the apartment may make it unsuitable for taller guests.
Tourists flock to Gaudi’s emblematic Sagrada Familia church (20 min. walk from the apartment), but Eixample itself is a peaceful, residential neighbourhood that offers many an opportunity for a quiet respite. You could easily spend the day just popping in-and-out of the various galleries, boutiques and cafes. To venture further, you’re only 16 minutes’ walk or two metro stops away from Plaza Catalunya at the city center.
Barcelona International Airport is the nearest airport to Barcelona city centre. It is 13 km South West of the city centre.
Girona Airport is 103 km North East of Barcelona.
Reus Airport is 106 km South of Barcelona.

Everything was perfect. The only thing is that air freshener smell was too strong in the apartment.

Really good location. Apartment, however, is not easy to navigate. Calling it two bedrooms is a stretch. Both beds are in lofts with tricky stairs and very low ceilings - you have to hunch to get to bed. And the stairs are dangerous at night. We didn’t use the bed in the smaller loft, which seems designed for a young teenager.
The apartment is on the fifth floor, but the elevator only goes to the fourth floor. We had heavy luggage and were not expecting to have to carry packed suitcases up a narrow flight of stairs.
The location makes up for a lot, but it wasn’t what we were looking for.
