The house was perfect for our needs. It was close to downtown which was important because of Mardi Gras. There was plenty of comfortable seating in the den. It could have used a larger dining table because there were only 4 chairs and there were 6 of us. Check in went smoothly. Check out was hectic because we had to be out by 10. With 2 small children and a whole house to pack up we were very rushed. It would be nice if the check out could be 11. The host was very available and accommodating. Overall it was a great house and we would rent it again.

I adult good about staying here again. Our host went out of his way to help solve an issue with the tv which we appreciated very much. The homey atmosphere welcomed us back for our second stay.
