About this house rental
Need some rest and relaxation? This is the place for you!! Studio apartment on the back half of an ocean front duplex. Only a few steps from an amazing stretch of beaches. Enjoy a large bedroom/ living room area with a smart tv, internet and a dvd player. TV works with your internet based apps like HULU, NetFlix, etc. Only steps from the beach! Beautiful palm trees in front of the property on the beach waiting for your hammock and drink of choice! Studio includes a queen sized bed, a futon sofa (small~ only sleeps one and is best for a child not an adult), a full kitchen (stove, oven, fridge, and basic cook wear) bathroom with shower, and a large closet with shelves for your clothes. You can’t get much better for the price!! Free parking on the street, the parking on premises is for the adjoining 2 bedroom rental (also available on VRBO #2108080). This property is minutes from the famous El Yunque Rainforest, the natural water slide, a bioluminescent bay, Charco El Hippie, many adventures in Old San Juan, the ferry to Flamenco Beach on Culebra island, the Marina in Fajardo, and so much more. You can hike, fish, explore, shop, dine, or just be a beach bum!!
There are also many wonderful places to eat in the area, including the Luquillo Kiosks. I also recommend checking out Pinterest for fun ideas of things to do while in Puerto Rico!

This was the cutest little place and had absolutely everything we could possibly need. It was very comfortable and we enjoyed it very much. The beach was just across the street with a much calmer beach just around the corner. We walked to town in the evenings and the Kioskos were a very short drive away. We will remember it as one of our favorite vacation stays!

The place was clean and quaint. Perfect for a stay on the beach. I really appreciated the amount of kitchen and beach necessities. There were also plenty of cooking supplies, spices and condiments available onsite which really helps when cooking. The cooler was the smallest and biggest item for us. We love cold drinks!! You have to make your own ice, I would only suggest adding a few more ice trays. Ocean Blvd can get a little noisy at night with cars and music, but it wasn't terrible. Otherwise, it was a great place, in a great location.

This was my second time renting this unit for a solo stay in Puerto Rico. It is steps away from the beach. It has all the amenities you would need including a hammock and a cooler. it is the perfect unit for a Solo traveler. My only complaint and I didn’t complain about it the first time I rented the unit, but I must say something since this is my second time renting the unit, all the towels smelled like mildew which left a scent in the unit. I had to use scented candles to mask the smell. Other than that, I have no complaints. It was a very relaxing stay.
