New Kitchen includes an Ice maker and a Convection oven. New Bathroom, AC, and windows that completely open if you would prefer the Ocean breeze. Gated community, free parking, and private gate to access one of the most beautiful beaches in Puerto Rico. 35 minutes from the Airport Walk to everything.

We had an excellent stay at this apartment! The place was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, short drive to Los Kioskos and the Luquillo Public Beach. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in and check-out effortless. Same for the building personnel. The ocean view? Amazing! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a wonderful comfortable stay!

From the view, to the cleanliness and the overall location everything was perfect. We definitely plan on going back and hope to stay here again! Alfredo was beyond great and accommodating from the beginning of our trip till the end! We can’t thank you enough!

The view from this condo is amazing! Just beautiful. We enjoyed our coffee in the balcony every morning. Check in was easy and the security officers in the lobby were so welcoming! The condo had all we needed, we were pleasantly surprised to find a cart and chairs for the beach, even towels!Washer and dryer in the unit as well, with detergent was an added plus!We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning soon!
