We had a great stay! SPI rentals customer service is great. Someone is always available to speak to. The grounds are beautiful well taken care of! The unit itself The showers needed upgrades but overall good. Nice and roomy condo beds comfy!

We had items delivered to thier office. Everyone is great to work with. One arrived late. Johnny offered to deliver it on his way home after work. THAT IS WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SUPPOSED TO LOOK LIKE!!!!

Check in was super easy. We had a leak and a TV that didn't work. Called the office and maintenance was there quickly to check it out. Couldn't fix the leak but took care of the TV.
Only complaint was there were tiny ants all over the place. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.
