The condo does not have a separate traditional dining room or dining table. Dining and seating for meals are available at the large kitchen island.
With a king bedroom, a guest room with two full beds, a sleeper sofa, two full bathrooms, multiple Smart TVs, and a well-equipped kitchen, this condo offers a comfortable and convenient home base for your South Padre Island getaway.
All reservations with dates of stay from March 1st to Easter Sunday require a one-time per-person wristband fee $25 plus tax. Wristbands are required for all guests from 10 years of age to 32. Guests ages 9 and under are exempt. Guests ages 33 and old are exempt. Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the wristband fee will apply. The wristband fee does not apply to any other time of the year.

Outdated on the outside. Inside of condo was modern. Especially the kitchen. View was great! Blinds were broken in both rooms, which was kind of a pain when it came to privacy and sunlight. No water pressure. Hard to get sand off. Ice in one building only and it wasnt mine. The main reason ill never go back is the hot pools. Nothing worse than a hot day and a hot pool.
