Wristbands are required for all guests during Spring Break/Holy Week and are $25 + tax, per person.
➡️ Construction Notice: Saida III is undergoing a building-wide exterior restoration project, currently scheduled from September 2026 through early March 2027. Construction will typically take place between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, and guests may experience construction noise, dust, scaffolding or other equipment, temporary balcony impacts, and contractor activity. Work will move throughout different sections of the building, so the level of impact may vary depending on the dates of your stay. Construction schedules and hours are subject to change due to weather, inspections, and other project conditions. Rate adjustments or refunds related to the construction will not be provided for reservations made after September 10, 2026.

Vacation meals are convenient to prepare in a roomy, fully equipped kitchen that opens to the dining and living area. An oversized master bedroom hosts a king sized bed. The guest bedroom features a queen bed, and a sofa sleeper adds extra sleeping accommodations in the living room. For your comfort, we recommend bringing a few personal favorites such as beach towels, sunscreen, extra blankets, bottled water, or baby items. These small extras will make your stay even more relaxing and worry-free.

Very pleased with this apartment. Everything we needed was there including a gas grill on the balcony. Clean and tidy and comfy beds. Would benefit from some hooks on the back of the bedroom and bathroom doors and some new seat covers on the dining chairs. We would not hesitate to book this apartment again,
On a separate note the spi staff were lovely and the one minor problem we had was fixed extremely quickly.
