Muy bien hubicado y las zonas comunes son super chulas sobre todo si vas con niños,no tiene peligro y ellos están como en la selva🤗 la limpieza buena y con cosas renovadas al año pasado como toldo en el patio,sombrilla nueva...yo llevo dos años consecutivos y seguramente haya un tercero
El tema de la cocina como sartenes,cacerolas

Me gusta mucho la urbanización, la comodidad, limpieza y distribución del apartamento, amplitud de estancias, cocina perfectamente equipada... Jardín con acceso a piscina vigilada. Control del socorrista. Ubicación estupenda.
Desde que no hay palmera el jardín es muy caluroso.
La cisterna sigue goteando.
Pondría mosquiteras en las ventanas o una ventana en la puerta de la habitación, como la nueva que hay en el salón, para que se puediera abrir tambien por arriba sin estar abierta entera.
Y segunda cortina opaca para que no entre la luz en la habitación.
Menos decoración de tiestos y flores artificiales, no es necesario recargarlo tanto... el apartamento ya es bonito de por sí.
La entrada a las 16:00 y salida a las 10:00 me parecen descompensadas. Se debería poder entrar antes o salir más tarde.
