Clean and tidy apartment with everything you need for a relaxing stay

We had to find the office to pick up keys which was several blocks from apartment this isn’t ideal as we didn’t know how to get there. We called and asked how to get keys and thought reception team was rude. The air con leaked first night which I slipped on and sustained a bad injury which impacted the rest of the holiday we also couldn’t use air con which didn’t help our sleep they did send someone out to fix the air on and left a courtesy hamper but it was the day before we went home so no use I am still having to have my wounds dressed from the accident which has left me feeling the holiday was spoiled. This is unusual for booking.com as you usually find good bookings for me as I always use you . I have picture evidence of wounds if you require Regards jenny Ford
