AC should have been cleaned. Some appliances deserve replacement. (Fan, water kettle, coffee maker).

Ubicación muy buena, a dos minutos andando de la playa del Arenal. El apartamento limpio y cómodo, con todo lo necesario para la estancia. No tiene aire acondicionado, pero tienen ventiladores de sobra. Tiene plaza de aparcamiento incluida, pero es un poco estrecha. El check-in lo hicimos fuera de hora, pero fue fácil encontrar las llaves.
En general todo bien. Quizás pondría como inconveniente el hecho de tener q reservar de sábado a sábado y no poder elegir los días según nos viniera mejor, pero se puede entender ya que es una forma para cuadrar mejor las reservas y sacar el máximo partido.

Muy buena ubicación.
Persiana rota en la habitación principal. Mal olor en toda la casa en general. Almohadas súper incomodas y colchones que te clavas todos los muelles.
