We generally enjoyed our stay. Manager did an excellent job! The owner of Unit 114 should improve sitting and sleeping arrangements. Kitchen area is okay but needs more storage space. Maybe a shelf near the window. The clubhouse, pool and deck area were in nice condition and beach area well kept.

Sea Coast has become our home away from home. The buildings and outdoor space are well maintained. Can't get a better location in New Smyrna! Steps from the ocean and walking and Tai Chi just a few steps away. Staff are friendly, welcoming, and great at customer service. We love our neighbors and have made friends with many over the past 6 years. We plan all year for our trip back.

We enjoy our stays at Sea Coast and look forward to returning each year.The area is quiet and the management staff are very helpful and pleasant .The other renters are friendly and welcoming .This year we were in unit 114 overall this unit is well maintained .Some of the kitchen items need replaced ie cookie sheets .There was a shortage of items to make casseroles or lasagne .This first floor unit makes it very convenient with coming and goings.

The unit is in adequate condition, especially the kitchen area. The queen bed is comfortable. The bunks/single beds in 2nd br not comfortable. I purchased a 3” foam mattress which has helped....still having a hard time! Would recommend Unit 114 to anyone who does not plan to use the 2nd br Overall the unit is clean and there are plenty of towels and bed sheets. I
