The balcony overlooks the seasonally heated pool and the ocean for breathtaking views where you can watch the sunrise. Condo can comfortably sleep 6 people with a hide-a-bed sofa in the living room. There are even two extra mattresses located under the twin beds. This fourth-floor unit is equipped with 3 wall-mounted TVs, 2 DVD players, cable and complimentary Wi-Fi. There is also a fully stocked kitchen for your use if you decide to enjoy a romantic dinner on the balcony with the waves of the ocean as your background music.

I am a native Floridian, and have been coming to NSB my whole life. In my opinion, it is the best beach in Florida. I pretty much stay at the condo because the view of the beach from the balcony is perfect and the sounds of the ocean are mesmerizing. Even though many attractions are not far away from there, I spend my time riding my bike around and playing pickleball at a nearby indoor court that is free, open five days a week and the players are welcoming. Walking the beach and playing Frisbee and kadima are part of my agenda, especially because there is no driving on this part of the beach. I also have a nice sea shell collection from morning walks. The owner and staff are second to none in accommodating my every need.

We have been coming to this rental for over 10 years now and always enjoy out time here. We feel like we are coming home every June. Our hosts are the best and make it easy to come and go. We are looking forward to the next time we spend time here.

Have to complain about the elevator being out of commission for almost 3 weeks. Very inconvenient for us on the south side. Yes we used the north elevator for groceries, but not acceptable.
