We had a great time. The place was clean and close to the beach. We liked that there was a pool close also.

Facts: The condo was nice and clean. The carpets felt, for lack of a better explanation, old and overwashed. But they were clean. No funky smells in this place. Little to no grout grime in the bathrooms. Nice view. Bed was fairly comfortable. (We did not use the guest room.)The bedroom stayed quite warm. We had to use 2 large floor fans the first two nights. They finally replaced the non-working ceiling fan by the 3rd night.The initial bed sheets on the master bed (yellow floral design) were VERY worn. They were clean, but the entire fitted sheet was nothing but that worn, piled issue. They felt like laying on sand. The next day they dropped of new white sheets (and left them for us to make the bed with). They were much better.The washer/dryer was a very helpful amenity to have since had packed very light. Per instructions, we bought our own laundry sheets and dryer sheets. A few of the light switches in the kitchen/dining didn't seem to work after they installed the new bedroom fan, so we had to turn on the dining fan using the pull strings on it. Not a deal breaker, but still inconvenient. The fact they have their own parking spot is nice. That said, it's at the end of the parking lot and the unit is on the 4th floor. So you can either hike all your gear up 4 flights of stairs, or you can drag it all to the center of the building and use the elevator. They do have a couple luggage racks to make that a bit easier.
