The living room has 2 couches, 1 recliner chair, a large flat-screen TV, and sliding glass doors that lead out to the balcony. The balcony is positioned on the north corner of the Sea Coast Condominium complex, providing expansive ocean views that will take your breath away. There you'll find a patio table with 4 chairs perfect for meals or morning coffee.
The dining room table seats 4 with additional barstools at the counter. You'll have a direct ocean view from the dining room table! The kitchen is equipped with all-white cabinets and appliances, accented with grey countertops. In addition to the refrigerator, stove, oven, and dishwasher, you'll find a microwave, coffee pot, and plenty of dishes and cutlery provided.
The primary bedroom features is a king, a flat-screen TV, a window that provides an incredible view looking North up the coast, and a private door to the balcony. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and queen futon. This room will comfortably sleep 4. The primary bathroom is updated with pretty tile, granite countertops, and a walk-in shower. The second bathroom is also updated and boasts granite countertops, and a combination tub/shower. Come enjoy your next great beach vacation at Sea Coast Condominium 518!

Sea Coast Condominiums is located in New Smyrna directly on the non-driving portion of the beach. It was built in 1973 and accommodates 90 individual units. You can enjoy the great ocean view from your own private balcony. There is an oceanfront seasonally heated pool; you can also grill out on the oceanfront sun deck or play shuffle board by the beachside. Laundry rooms are located on each floor of the complex. Flagler Avenue is just up the street where you can enjoy great restaurants and beachside shopping. The Mosquito Lagoon is also close by if you want to do some fishing or go to the Mangrove Tours to go see the manatees. Sea Coast is perfect for families and is a great getaway for your next vacation!

This property provided a wonderful view of the ocean and comfortable and clean accommodations for our family. The only disappointing part of our stay was that the beach was not available for entry at the condo because of the invasive beach renovation project being conducted by the municipality.The property manager was apologetic about the situation. However, this was not the fault of the property owner or the property manager. Just bad timing. Access to the property was easy with the key lock box. The property owner extensively outfitted the kitchen with all that you could want to provide meals for your family. The property was well-maintained and well worth the money for a week's stay. We are frequent vistiors to New Smyrna and we will look to this property again when we return.

The unit and location was great but my wife continued to complain about the musty smell. She thinks it was emanating from the wall to wall carpeting. Replacing with tile or some other smooth surface may be the solution. If not for this, our stay would have been perfect.
