This was our 14th year staying at this property and we have stayed in several different units. All have been clean and many have been updated. Sea Coast Condominiums is centrally located along the no drive portion of New Smyrna Beach!We will stay here again.

Quiet, relaxing beach stay. First floor unit is the way to go for our family of four and everything we’re towing to the beach. I would stay at this unit again. Clean and had everything we needed. John at the front desk is a class act.

We have been renting at Sea Coast for 20 years!!!! We always have a great time! The highlight of our trip was John at the front desk !! He was so amazing and made us feel so welcome. His positivity and professionalism is unmatched! I was so impressed with him!

We enjoyed this condo, it is, I would say, a older condo, but it is well taken care of. The condo is on the ground floor, so it is nice being able to just walk out the deck to the pool. The pool area is really nice, with tables with unbrellas and many chairs around the pool. Location is great, with many restaurants just a short drive.
