Originally built in the 1800s, this beautiful farmhouse underwent a complete transformation, culminating in November 2024. While the original 1800s brick and batten siding and hardwood floors were carefully preserved and restored, every other aspect of the property is brand new or thoughtfully upgraded to the highest standards, including:
- Bathrooms and Kitchens: Fully redesigned with high-end finishes, fixtures, and appliances
- Furniture: Each unit is fully furnished with brand-new, premium pieces selected for both style and comfort. As of November 2024, the appliances still bear their tags.
- Utilities:All plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems have been completely replaced to ensure modern functionality and efficiency.
The building has been converted into an entire luxury living space with two full kitchens and two living rooms on the first and second floor, with two bedrooms on the first floor and 3 bedrooms on the second floor. The space is designed for maximum comfort and privacy for larger groups with access to a rare grassy yard at the doorstep for fresh air. THIS PROPERTY IS CONFIGURABLE BASED ON AVAILABILITY OF UNITS.
