Entire second floor 3,000 sq ft, fully renovated four-bedroom loft in a historic building in downtown Ann Arbor. Located directly between Blank Slate Creamery and The Circ Bar / Blind Pig / LIVE, and a block from Main Street, you won't find a better location than this. Great for group rentals due to weddings, graduations, or UofM home games. Includes 5 TVs and a large 20' projection TV to play all the games in the 500 sq ft entertainment area.

High ceilings, old historic barn wood beams, and new hardwood floors decorate the space. Adjacent to The Circ Bar which has a 5,000 sq ft outdoor space to entertain while social distancing.
Two bedrooms contain 2 queen beds with a curtain divider perfect for separating the space, the third bedroom has only 1 queen bed and is located in the front of the loft. Our fourth bedroom is dedicated as our "kids" room and features a full sized bunk bed and sleeper couch. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom and large closet. Off of the kitchen/living area there is another full bathroom with a separate shower area. You will have access to a washer and dryer on this property along with basic cleaning and cooking supplies. The kitchen is fully furnished complete with a small kitchen island for cooking and a large table perfect for enjoying your meal.
