About this apartment rental
Fully renovated 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath loft taking up the entire second floor of a historic building in downtown Ann Arbor. Every bedroom has its own full bathroom, which is rare for a space this size. Sleeps 10 in queen beds, 12 with the bunk room, and 14 with the sleeper sofa.
A block from Main Street and right next door to Blank Slate Creamery and The Circ Bar. Kerrytown is a 5-minute walk, the Michigan Theater is 10 minutes, and the Big House is just 1 mile away. A great fit for weddings, graduations, reunions, alumni trips, and game weekends.
THE SPACE
3,000 sq ft with high ceilings, original barn wood beams, and new hardwood floors
500 sq ft entertainment area with a 20' projection screen and updated speaker system
Flat-screen TVs in every bedroom
Fully equipped kitchen with an island and a large dining table for the whole group
In-unit washer and dryer, plus basic cleaning and cooking supplies
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
Bedroom 1: 2 queen beds with a curtain divider, private full bath
Bedroom 2: 2 queen beds with a curtain divider, private full bath
Bedroom 3: 1 queen bed at the front of the loft, private full bath
Bedroom 4 (kids’ room): full-size bunk bed and sleeper sofa, private full bath
Half bath off the kitchen and living area
Every bedroom has a large closet
GUEST ACCESS
You’ll have the entire second floor through a private entrance. The only off-limits areas are one locked closet and the emergency exit stairwell at the back.
GOOD TO KNOW
The loft is up one flight of stairs and isn’t wheelchair accessible.
It’s on a busy downtown block next to a popular ice cream shop and two music venues, so expect crowds and some music on weekends.
Railroad tracks are nearby, and trains occasionally pass at night.
We don’t stay on the property but live nearby and are quick to respond.

Spent 3 days here. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, activities every day all within walking distance—fantastic location. Had 10 people showering, using the bathrooms, no issues. Everyone slept great. 10/10

Great space for large groups, great location for experiencing downtown Ann Arbor!

The loft was really cool: lots of space, lots of beds, nice kitchen, big living room with a pull-down projector screen. The problem was that it's right on a train track, and it was super loud at night. The trains came in the middle of the night, and there were also a couple of bars that are right downstairs, I think in the same building. We heard music until 2 or 3 am, so it was very noisy. They give you earplugs, but it's noisy. Location is great, on a positive note.
