☀ Pool is open year round and has a gas heater that can be used to heat the pool upon request. There is an additional charge of $200 per day required to heat the pool. Guests must let us know at least 2 days prior to check in if they would like to pool to be heated and have the pool heat fee added. The heater is set at 88 degrees when being heated. Please note that although 88 degrees is very warm, it is not hot tub temperatures (99-102 degrees).

The house was perfect for our large group of moms and daughters. It was beautifully decorated and so much room to spread out. The kitchen was great with double the appliances for multiple people to cook at same time. Lots of seating and table space for eating or playing table games. Loved having an elevator. We loved sitting on the deck and the balconies with perfect views of the ocean. The beach access was perfect also. It felt like a little quieter end of the beach which was great to spread out.Steve was great to communicate with and very timely.

Was a fantastic place to stay. Nobody wanted to go home. Ocean, heated pool, bathroom in every bedroom. Was great for our large group. Highly recommend

The house was wonderful. Clean and well decorated. The beds were comfortable, which was very appreciated. Anything that we needed, the hosts took care of right away. There is so much room in the house and you can’t beat the views. We had a great time!
