About this house rental

Discover this amazing house with a front view to the canal with a dock and your own boat ramp, great for small boats, jet ski and kayak that can take you to St. Jhons River. This house has 2 bedrooms both with glass slides doors that are going to the deck facing directly to the canal, each one with a bathroom. Enjoy the outside area grilling in the deck and relax having your meals outside.
Full house renovate it, new kitchen, bathrooms, floor and laundry room that inlcudes Washer/dryer and sink.

What’s an absolutely perfect cozy little cottage enjoyed everything about it. Host was very helpful. Plenty of things to do all around it.

Loved the convenience of the location to the river and Lake George. The house was small but very comfortable. We really weren’t in it much anyway. Was able to launch my 22’ boat from the ramp but it was tricky for a boat that size. We didn’t retrieve the boat there because of the drop off; public ramp was really close by. Everyone slept great in the beds and Maria was an awesome Communicator. Hope to go back some day!
