Directly on a canal flowing from the St. Johns River, this amazing home offers a quiet waterfront getaway. Walk right out your back door and down the steps to access the private covered boat dock. Tie up your rig (there’s a public boat launch down the road), cast a line off the fishing deck, and keep an eye out for the small alligators that pop by occasionally.

Really enjoyed the canal and ability to dock in the back yard

The property inside was fine. The outside had no water access for cleaning fish on the dock or cleaning things up. No Chairs are available. The parking is horrible , no room for boat trailer 2 vehicles. Treats by owner to tow you if you park on grass.
I called the owner to get a hose to use outside, she advised her property maintenance people were not available and she was in Georgia. Poor support for me after spending 2k . Will not go back to this place.....
