above ground pool, board games direct tv in master ,front bedroom and living room
the two others just have cd capability for movies
4 bedroom, 2 bath manufactured home.
Front porch & back screened in porch.
Sleeping Arrangements:
1.Master bedroom: King size bed and private bath
2. Bedroom has Queen size bed
3. Bedroom has full size bed
4. bedroom 3 twin size beds
5 sleeper sofa in living room
6. fold up bed twin size available
Living room has 1 full sleepers Basic amenities, BBQ propane, w/d, Direct tv in 3 rooms ,board games
Can bring your dog, or ATV and do all the trails in the forest. Approximately 400,000 acres of forest.Activities: /The 'Ranch' is located just feet away from Ocala National Forest, nearly 400,000 acres to explore. Trails for hiking, horses & ATV all within steps from our home. St.Johns River only one mile away.
This is the oldest national forest east of the Mississippi with the largest stand of sand pine in the world. Swamps and flatwoods where you will find old cypress.
This habitat is home to so many endangered species. Bring your camera.... hiking, hunting, fishing, horse backriding & ATV trails go on forever. Canoeing is extremely popular, snorkeling in our many famous natural springs - all make this an extremely unique part of Florida.
Public Boat ramp approx.1 mile away
I do allow domestic pets, dogs and cats only . Pet fee is $50. Pet must be on flea and tick preventive meds. They must be washed and brushed . Please pick up any gifts your pets may leave and brush up lose hair before leaving . not allowed on the furniture .
although I have a strict cancellation you do not get cash back but you do not lose your time and can rebook within a year at no additional cost if its the same unit

Right in the heart of Astor, clean on the inside. Well stocked home (it’s a trailer). Close to the boat ramp and plenty of parking. A/C is awesome after long days on the boat and everyone wanting to be cool. 4 bedrooms is a plus with a group.

The inside of the home was clean and well stocked. Comfortable beds, cold AC, and plenty of hot water for showers. It's a very nice piece of property but unfortunately it hasn't had any attention for a long time. Overall we had a good stay. Denise was available for any questions or concerns I had before, during, and after my stay.
