Private balcony with garden & hillside views…perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or dining al fresco with the full size bbq.
Beautiful 3/4 bathroom with plenty of towels, hairdryer, makeup mirror & excellent lighting. Washer & dryer across from stocked beach closet outfitted with beach/shopping cart, pack n’ play, chairs, beach towels, sand umbrellas & more. Entry drop zone has attached baby gate, if needed.
Bedrooms on the lower level. Two queen beds in the garden view bedroom. Plush CalKing bed in the second bedroom. Both furnished with extra bedding, closet storage, wall-mounted fan, Smart TV with options for wifi streaming and cable tv. Bathroom adjoining the bedrooms has a fully updated tub & shower with plenty of towels, hairdryers and large mirror. Additional portable fans on both levels.

We were really impressed with this rental. The bathrooms and kitchen are completely updated and you could tell the owners took great pride in decorating the place to make it cute AND functional. There are powerstrips in multiple locations that are easily accessible. The unit is stocked with everything you would need to cook and store food. They even had coffee set up and snacks that you had access to.Location of the place is centrally located to town, however you should know there is a small hill to get to it. We didn't care, but if hills aren't your thing, it might not work for you.There isn't a view of the ocean, but there are pretty trees in the back that the doves like to coo in so they were fun to watch while drinking my coffee in the morning.I would rent this place again and again!

This rental was absolutely worth it! We had four adults and two kids (toddler infant). There was plenty of space to accommodate us for lounging, eating, sleeping, etc. The beds were perfect and very comfy, and the pack-and-play was great, easy to set up, and had clean sheets ready to go. All spaces were very clean and updated. Each space has a wall unit a/c, which was nice for those of us who prefer to sleep at different temps. Would 100% choose this rental again. Glad we stayed here vs a hotel. Fun stuff - twice, we were able to see a deer from the patio, in the trees/bushes below.FYI - there is substantial hill to climb (or descend, I suppose) to get here. Not too big a deal, unless you have a double stroller and/or need knee replacement surgery. It’s still doable, but you’ll want to mentally (& maybe physically) prepare.

This is a GREAT place to say in Catalina! Super well equipped: beach chairs, umbrellas, cart, kitchen has EVERYTHING you need (even some spices), SUPER CLEAN (kudos to cleaning crew). Can easily accommodate 7 people. We loved it!
