This is the upper and largest unit of this Victorian triplex. Only a couple of blocks up the hill and 26 steps to get to the top, but well worth the climb. Both bedrooms have a queen bed, and there is a double Murphy bed in the living room. This unit boasts lots of sunshine and ocean views from the living area and the large rooftop deck. It offers an open floor plan, fully equipped kitchen, 43-inch flat panel TV with satellite, VCR and DVD players, stereo, BBQ, and a small library of books, games and extras are there for your enjoyment. No smoking. 216WC
Note: Spiral staircase in living room is closed up, to access rooftop deck you must use the stairs outside behind kitchen.
QUIET HOURS: 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. (use of outdoor areas strictly prohibited).
This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum mid-June through Labor Day).

Check-in easy. Kitchen average, amenities on weak side.Was clean, but broken or not working items.Very steep and narrow stairs leading up to the property.Strange layout of the house with 2 bathrooms next to each other on one side of the house.
