The view is incredible. The place is dated but comfortable for a short say. Has very good amenities. Content and the golf cart being included is a big plus. Averall very relaxing stay.

We loved this cozy apartment. It had everything we needed and is the perfect Catalina beach home. The hill is steep to get to the house but that is life in Avalon. The views were amazing. The sofa bed is well a sofa bed, but the other two beds were comfy. All in all a great stay.

The best parts of this property are the view, the golf cart, the resident cat and pretty comfortable beds The property itself is poorly maintained, old and dated. Not much care is taken for the outside, tons of leaves, cobwebs and weeds in the yard. Broken living room furniture and sloppy slip covers on the couch, dirty pots and pans put back in the cupboard, dirty walls and windows that don't close properly. Couldn't figure out how to get the oven to turn on and no dishwasher so guessing if the dishes were really clean. Feedback for the Management Company, a bit more information about how to get from the ferry to the home would probably be very appreciated by guests as this is up some pretty steep hills which isn't super easy if you have a lot of/or heavy luggage.
