Summary:
Awesome 2 Bedroom Apartment right in the middle of Old Colorado City & Manitou Springs. Also, less than 5 minutes away from Garden of the Gods & Red Rock Canyon. The unit comes equipped with all the kitchen and bath essentials you'd need, with heating and air as well. The apartment has free parking on premises as well.
The Space:
The property does have other units with it. You do have your own entrance as well as your own space. The backyard area is to the end of the building and is shared with other guests at the location.
The unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In the bedroom closest to the kitchen, you have your own private attached bathroom. The other bedroom closest to the front door, has a bathroom that's next to the kitchen. The bedrooms come with hotel quality linens and towels as well as extras for your stay.
The kitchen has a fully functioning gas cooktop as well as a refrigerator. The unit does not have a oven. We provide you with all kitchen essentials you may need a little bit of everything to get you started, such as cleaning supplies and hand soap. The kitchen comes equipped with a microwave, drip coffee maker, plates, utensils, cooking utensils, and more. The kitchen Island also functions as a dining room table with barstools there as well.
The living room has a large L shaped couch with a 43" TV across from it with a brand new rug and coffee table.
Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire unit, as well as the shared parking lot and backyard area.

The neighborhood lies right between Old Colorado City, Manitou Springs, and Garden of the Gods/Red Rocks Park.
Getting Around:
The neighborhood is relatively walkable and there is a bus stop directly across the road from the parking. You will have 2 spaces in the parking lot out front. There's plenty of parking in the front as well as extra parking in the back lot.

This was the perfect place to stay for our early morning adventure to climb the Manitou Incline. It was in a quiet area, space was clean, felt safe and it was surprisingly very modern furnishings. Although we were not traveling with our pups on this trip, I'm making a note to book here again in the future when we do take them along.

Very comfortable place. Easy access to old Colorado City and Manitou Springs for shopping and Garden of the Gods is just up the road. We travel with our Dog and the 'grassy' patches for her to go was scarce, but we made due. The laundry facility is super nice. Towels were plentiful, water pressure was great compared to some VRBO's I've been in.

The location was perfect for our plans! Check in and out were the simplest I've worked with! The apartment was furnished well, the beds were comfortable and the communication with the host was excellent the whole time. We plan to stay again and would recommend!!
