The location was really great, it was close to most of what we wanted to do. The unit was comfortable and clean.
Communication was horrible. I booked through booking.com but the host would not accept the payment through Booking.com. So shortly after booking I got a message from the host saying my payment was not accepted and that I must click on a link to make the payment. I wasn't comfortable with that and tried to message the host on Booking.com and via their official email address. I got effectively no response. At one point I got a message stating that they would get back to me but they didn't. I got hold of Booking.com's Customer Service and even they did not get a response from the host. I eventually had to take the risk and click on the link and pay. It worked out in the end. In addition, while we were there the lights in the unit flicked continuously, and the stove stopped working. I tried to find someone to help but no one was available. I sent a message via Booking.com and I got no response again.
