    Stay was good. Property is top notch. But the food was not good, for that you can ask them to transfer your breakfast if included to Raj vilas as both property are from the same owner…Food by Raj vilas was too yumm. Raj Mahal is a heritage property and Raj vilas is new only 1.5 year before constructed.

    The biggest advantage of Raj Mahal Palace is its location and the beautiful heritage character of the property. Unfortunately, the overall experience was let down by poor maintenance and lack of professional hospitality. The room had several basic issues — the door latch/bolt was in poor condition, housekeeping standards were not up to the mark, and even basic tea/coffee amenities such as the kettle and cups did not appear properly maintained or presented. The breakfast options were also disappointing, with very limited choice and nothing particularly impressive for a property of this positioning. It is a shame because the property itself has a lot going for it. With better housekeeping, regular maintenance, improved room amenities and a much stronger breakfast/service experience, it could be an excellent heritage stay. In short: Great location + beautiful heritage property, but poor upkeep and service standards.
