Staff is so nice, the hotel is beautiful, we could check out later and the staff helped to arrange a driver. Rooms are spacious with lovely views over the river.
I think the food portions/taste could be improved with some dishes. Some dishes were very good.

Location along the river is nice.
The room cleanliness could have been better. Toiletries were not provided other than soap. Our hot water kettle had not been cleaned. It had old milk coffee from the previous guests in it. When we told them, they asked why it was a problem and didn’t understand it needed to be throughly cleaned or replaced.
