Great location

could not figure out code! tried to call mgmt. team and waited on phone 20 minutes. House was nice but very disappointed that there was no water, snack or even coffee left to use!! If you utilize this home, you definitely have to go grocery shop for everything except salt & pepper!!! Please homeowner buy a SMART TV. You left NO guidance to us on how to use TV. Also need book to explain your lights. NOT HAPPY with this listing.

Long weekend with family. Plenty of space for everyone to relax! We loved our visit and would stay here again

House and neighborhood great. No garage door opener. Hot water for showers ran out. 3 adult males who know how to take a quick shower. Entry code ridiculously long. Convenient to shopping

The house was great and had everything thay we needed for the week we were there. It was lovely being so close to the park! My only complaint was the main road the bordered the backyard; it was very noisy in the wee hours of the morning. Otherwise it's a great place to stay!

The house felt even bigger than it looks on-line, and I loved the gas fireplace in the dining area! Conveniently located, I highly recommend it.

We stayed here due to proximity to our family and the space was perfect for us and our boys. We appreciated the hidden door in the backyard to the park. Only thing we found as an inconvenience was that there was only one tv, so we had to go back and forth between adult shows and kid shows. Overall, great stay and would consider coming back for next visit.

The property is located in a quiet circle of houses. Although a significant walk to 3rd Street, it’s a very pleasant walk through a park to 99w, including Starbucks and iHop. The home is very spacious and the furniture, beds comfy.

The house feels spacious and is in a cute, quiet neighborhood. Although the house is close to a main road, it’s not so loud. With the windows and doors closed, you don’t notice it. It’s a short, pleasant walk to the park & playground.

We really liked this house for its proximity to the fairgrounds. It is about as close as you can possibly get. That being said it is a fairly average house. There’s even one cabinet door in the kitchen that really doesn’t want to stay closed. Definitely not a place where multiple people can take a shower in different bathrooms because the hot water heater does not last very long. There were a few maintenance issues, like the master baths toilet paper holder has come completely out of the wall. There’s also probably only seven forks in the house. So we had to run the dishwasher fairly often. The house definitely has average and dated finishes, but we weren’t looking to hang out at the house much at all. Again it’s a superb location if you’re doing something at the fairgrounds and don’t need something fancy. The master bed was very comfortable. It’s in a cute little community that seemed to have fairly friendly people. If you cannot handle road noise, then you will not want to sleep in the master bedroom. It didn’t bother us, but it may bother some. We would probably book this house again just based on location.

Loved the location with easy walk to fairgrounds. Great off street parking for 3 vehicles. TV is little hard to operate. Need streaming account to log into Roku device. Some road noise but manageable and okay considering location to fairgrounds which is what we were looking for. King and queen beds nice. Twin beds in third bedroom for young kids only. Not suitable for adults.

I loved our stay at this vacation home. It was very spacious, loved the multiple seating areas, comfy couch, and very safe neighborhood. My young kids could go play in the front yard or driveway on their own. We visited the playground next door. Also did a few super short drives to local wineries, airplane museum, and pacific city sand dunes, and silver falls state park. I would love to come back!

This house worked well for our purpose (family of 4 visiting college aged child). Sleeping arrangements were fine and beds were mostly comfortable. The house is spacious enough with plenty of seating. There is nothing fancy about the house but if you don't need fancy, you'll be fine.

This was a very beautiful home. Nice & cozy for all 6 of us. We stayed here for a Cheerleading Competition & it was close to town, but far enough away from the hustle & bustle.

We enjoyed our stay at the green cottage. Kid friendly with toys and a pack N play. Walking distance to parks was nice.. Overall a very clean house in a nice quiet neighborhood. Very nice backyard but not fenced all the way around, so keep an eye on the little ones that like to wonder around…. Being Picky Cons- We just couldn’t completely figure out the remote, especially the volume when playing the Roku. And also there’s no curtains on the windows so it won’t be completely dark at night in the bedrooms. Other than that we had a good time!

This home was perfect for our family. Nice and open for the littles ones to roam around. Good back yard, with a nice shady park right next door! The ideal spot for very active 1.5 year old twins! I'd definitely pick this house again if we're ever in the area again. The kitchen items were great quality and perfect for cooking. There were many stores and restaurants super close by as well. It really was the perfect home in a great location. The only change I'd make is the TV remote was almost impossible to figure out. Some instructions would have been handy for that, we're pretty tech savvy, but this was a new challenge. Overall a wonderful stay!

This place is huge. Neighborhood is super quiet. Super clean. Backyard is perfect and had a grill that we used. Overall will definitely be going back to this place and refer family to check it out. Check in was easy and so was check out!

It was just 2 of us. The backyard is against a busy road so can be a little noisy. And there is a lovey park on the side of the property. However it is very secure. The bed was comfortable & the sheets were probably the softest I have ever experienced. Here are my petty complaints: Could not get the tv louder even though there was a complete stereo system attached. The code for the door was nothing simple to remember. It was more like a SSN, which I thought was ridiculous.

Lovely little house. I would have like the kitchen to be stocked with a better set of pots and pans, baking utensils, mixer, baking pans, etc. Location was great.

Loved this house it suited all our needs. I have been using VRBO for years and love it. There is shops and a park within walking and the neighborhood was quiet and well kept. We had no issues with the house and the local person who contacted us after a mix up with the check in process was very pleasant and accommodating. The only issue we had and this was the first time I have ever encountered this with a management company, I was sent links to "complete" the rental which non of them worked, and was asked information they already have with VRBO which I thought was overkill and completely unnecessary. I called and did not get any response back for quite a while. When I finally got ahold of someone it seemed to be an overseas telephone service and a representative who was one of the rudest people I have ever had a phone conversation with. She acted like she was doing me a favor by getting me the check in info after I was on hold for 20 minutes. The extra check in problem "process" with Vacasa management should be removed all together. I can not stand when they tell us its for our homeowners protection well I got news for you they had no problem taking my money without this process and the homeowners are already protected because they already have my personal information through my payment and rental process we already have with VRBO. Note to the Owner this site was created for Vacation rental by OWNER I understand having a management company handle all the maintenance and sending the check in info to us the renters is one thing but having them make these extra steps that we have already done with VRBO and sending broken links and have a "customer service" team who does not care one bit about your customers or your investment handle this mundane aspect of their check in process under the guise of protecting you or us is absurd. We were unable to check in until the day after our original check in date because of this lack of service and a broken overlapping system they created to appear to put value in their service to you and your customers I would recommend changing the company you use. I almost cancelled this rental and had another one lined up but finally got the info I needed to get into the home. We contracted to be in the home on April 5th and were not able to get in until April 6th but that was only after I called and made an extra effort to get the check in info that I already signed and committed to receive. Thanks to the homeowner
