The Space
Luxury awaits you as follow the palm tree lined driveway overlooking the waterfront to this beautiful cabin. Overlooking a magnificent panorama of the private estates' most luxuriant amenities, this luxury cabin has its very OWN PRIVATE lake complete with pedal boats and an expansive outdoor pool with outdoor living area and bath. The private pool house with kitchen awaits your entertaining desires.
The exquisite terraced grounds are a worthy setting for the elegant interior to include state of the art stainless appliances, Subzero refrigerator, freezer and custom ice machine. The gourmet kitchen also features granite countertops and a huge island for entertaining.
This spacious cabin has 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms with two lounge areas and two kitchens! The master suite features a spa bath to include a tiled shower with dual shower heads and whirlpool tub. Enjoy two king suites with bathrooms on the lower level and one full and twin bedroom on the top level.
The rear screened porch and wrap around porch provides plenty of places for relaxation to maximize the views of this breathtaking oasis.
Outdoor firepit is perfect for smores, listening to relaxing music, playing games, or sharing stories with friends and family.
Love games? Enjoy endless pool table, shuffleboard, ping pong, karaoke and more!

To maintain our luxury standards, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following rules. Any violations will result in cancellation of your reservation and immediate removal with no refund.
The booking party must be at least age 25 years and present for the duration of the stay. For security purposes, a copy of the booking party's photo identification will be required at check-in and names of each guest on the reservation will be required in advance of arrival.
The guest capacity limit is strictly enforced per Carrollton County's short-term rental ordinance. Gatherings of more than 10 people are not permitted. Guests not listed on the itinerary are not permitted on the property. Violation of the guest capacity limit will result in a $1000 fine per additional guest.
All guests will be required to read, understand and adhere to the Liability Waiver upon booking a reservation.
Media production, such as film, television, video, photography, music and publications, is strictly prohibited. Any media production violations will result in $1000 fine.
Excessively loud and disruptive gatherings (not exceeding 10 guests) are strictly prohibited.
Smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere on the property. Any smoking violations will result in $1000 fine.
Due to property features that pose a risk of harm to kids, this property is not suitable for kids.
Guests will be responsible for any losses or damages to the property.
Do not move or rearrange any interior furniture or decor.
This is a private property. No shooting, hunting, or trespassing. Violators will be prosecuted.
Guests are permitted to use lake and pool amenities during hours 6:00am-9:00pm.
Enter lake and wooded areas within property lines at your own risk. Owner is not responsible for any accidents or injuries.
Life jackets must be worn for safety when entering the lake.
Use of owner provided paddle boats are permitted. Properly secure all equipment after each use.
Use of water amenities is prohibited while consuming or under the influence of alcohol.
Catch and release fishing permitted only with use of artificial lures.
Use of boats, jet skis, RV's, ATV's or other unauthorized motorized vehicles are NOT permitted on property.
Do not throw trash or other items in lake or fire pit. Discard trash in bin.
No parking on grass. Use designated parking areas only.
No pets permitted on property. Violation of pet policy will result in $1000 fine.
Do not feed any animals.

Draw 2025 Review: A Divine Experience in a 5-Star SettingThe Draw Gathering 2025: Repairer of the Breach was nothing short of a sacred encounter — and the retreat center we selected was the perfect sanctuary for what God desired to do.From the moment we arrived, it was clear we were standing on prepared ground. The accommodations were truly 5-star: peaceful, elegant, and thoughtfully appointed in every detail. The natural setting allowed for deep rest, reflection, and refreshing — and the space became a womb for worship, healing, and divine impartation.Our Women Who Mentor Women (WWMW) cohort was deeply blessed. Many of the women testified that this was the most personal and powerful ministry weekend they’ve ever experienced. The atmosphere, the hospitality, and the Spirit-filled flow of the weekend caused hearts to open and lives to shift. It wasn’t just a venue — it became holy ground.At the close of the gathering, the resounding request was unanimous: “Please book this place again next year!” With that in mind, I am prayerfully considering making this sacred retreat center the official future home of Ecclesia Refuge Retreat Center — a place where women, families, and ministry leaders can draw near to the Lord, find restoration, and receive refuge.To the owners and caretakers of this beautiful place: thank you for stewarding such a space with excellence and grace. The place was well kept and spacious! A perfect getaway from work if you want a quiet weekend and a crystal clear pool.My only complaint; there is a clear omission of hot tub fees from the original listing. Be prepared to spend a few extra hundred dollars if you intend to use the hot tub (or just use the pool); otherwise, this is a great place for friend and family gatherings.

The property has everything you need. Private pool, private lake, good amenities. We will come back in the future. House is well maintained and worked extremely well for our family with 9 people staying. There are so many things to do in Carrollton and if you enjoy walking, fishing, swimming, eating out, Carrollton has it all. I would recommend this property for anyone with 6 to 10 people.

This is a beautiful property with lots of extras! The grounds , pool area, house, and views are some of the best around. All that said there is a lot of maintenance that needs to be attended. Steps going into the house were rotted, the outdoor shower, bathroom and outdoor bar was not working. These improvements could make future stays better.
