Spacious 925 sq. ft. loft with balcony located in the heart of downtown Louisville. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars and one block from 4th Street Live!, the premier downtown entertainment facility. You'll be 4 blocks from the KFC YUM! Center as well as the Great Lawn overlooking the Ohio River, 2 blocks from the Kentucky International Convention Center, and less than 10 minutes from Churchill Downs! Free parking in a secured parking garage (entrance height is 6'1")!

The River City Loft was everything I was hoping for. Super clean and comfortable. Only time we used our car was to Churchill Downs and NuLu area. The rest we walked to. Would definitely stay here again.

Finding the parking area and actual room was a fun scavenger hunt LOL but Justin did an excellent job at describing the area and we parked and got inside quickly. The room was very nice with large living space and kitchen. No view from patio but that didn’t matter to us. Bath and bed super comfortable. Big plus for us, record player with some smooth music choices!! Location was ideal as we were able to walk 95% with out being near loud crowds. One thing to know about - you can easily hear people walking in the hallway, which can catch you off guard late at night!! However we did not hear anyone room to room. I would definitely recommend staying here.
