Step into a sprawling open concept loft designed for hosting and relaxation.
• The Cinematic Living Area: Anchored by a 150 inch theater grade projector and expansive plush seating. The floor to ceiling gallery wall celebrates Kentucky Derby heritage, framed by sun drenched windows with unrivaled skyline views.
• The Culinary Theater: A professional grade kitchen featuring a Wolf gas range, Sub Zero refrigeration, and a deep farmhouse sink. The custom black cabinetry and center island serve as the social hub for your group.
• The Master Gallery Suite (King Bed): An expansive suite featuring a premium King bed, a massive white leather sectional, and floor to ceiling windows. This room includes a private en suite full bathroom with a luxury stand up shower. Laundry room sits across from master bathroom.
• The Speakeasy Suite (King Bed): Hidden entirely from view behind custom cabinetry, this concealed King bedroom features metallic silver walls, a luxury chandelier, and a unique skylight view of the city sky. It features an attached Jack and Jill bathroom for convenient access.
• The Industrial Guest Room (Queen Bed): A spacious and stylish room highlighting the historic architecture with exposed concrete ceilings and custom lighting. This room shares the Jack and Jill bathroom with the Speakeasy Suite.
Guest access
You have exclusive access to the entire penthouse. We have simplified your downtown arrival by securing and covering your parking in the Glassworks Garage across the street. Your pre paid pass will be waiting for you upon check in.
Additionally, guests have access to Glassworks Fitness on the lower level of the building. This is a full service gym with the following guest rates available:
• One Day Pass: $10
• One Week Pass: $25
• One Month Pass: $40
*Please note that these fees are payable directly to the gym at their front desk.
