The Space:
Look no further - here's your downtown loft you've been seeking - a special space for the select few in Historic downtown Louisville that has undergone a complete renovation with every effort made to preserve the very best in our historic nationally recognized architecture - Exposed brick, beams, and wood that would tell stories for decades if it could. Space for the whole gang, where everyone can spread out and enjoy. We have 2 bedrooms that have king beds, and a queen size sleeper sofa, our 2.5 bathrooms ensure there's no lack of prep space for a night out on the town. Additionally - the kitchen is well equipped for dining in!

This space in downtown Louisville is extremely close to all sorts of attractions that you'll be seeking! Dinner, drinks, shops, distilleries and excitement!

Parking: Very easy - we provide a parking pass for a garage that is next door to the property.

This loft was in a really great location, and had everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Very practical, but keep in mind there isn't much privacy if you have both rooms occupied, and the noise carries through the walls, so just something to be aware of. Overall, a very comfortable and nice stay.

Great location and nice place. Needs some “tlc” at this point (several light bulbs didn’t work, pull-out couch is broken, things of that such) but we enjoyed our stay and the location.

Probably not for us again.Pros:Very clean and TidyGood parking in garage a few doors down, although we were warned not to leave anything of value in the car. Located close to some ammenities, (but a bit of a walk to NULU and Whiskey Row)Easy folks to deal withCons:Not the best neighborhood...but not horrible either. Lots of homeless at night, but never felt too unsafe as male. You have to enter a building and walk a long maze through multiple locked doors and narrow hallways to get to the loft, which makes it difficult to carry in and out any heavy luggage or purchased bottles. I have no clue how you would ever make it out of that maze if there was ever a fire...so just know its a bit of a walk through narrow dimly lit hallways.The place is just plain noisy. First you have an open loft concept with no ceilings in any of the rooms except the bathrooms, so you will see any light and hear everything across the entire loft. You also hear every conversation next door to the loft, everyone that walks down the alley, every garbage truck and loud car at 3am, every airplane and helicopter, and an AC unit that is the equivilent to a jet engine. So if noise doesnt bother you, then you are fine. If you are a light sleeper, its probably not for you.I also thought loft was a bit over priced, and I was especially annoyed at having to pay 100% up front.There were also a few maintenance issues....nothing horrible, but based on other reviews, the issues have been there a while
