You'll be 4 blocks from the KFC YUM! Center as well as the Great Lawn overlooking the Ohio River, 2 blocks from the Kentucky International Convention Center, and less than 10 minutes from Churchill Downs! Free parking in a secured parking garage (entrance height is 6'1")!

The host was very responsive to messages. Properly was as described! In an excellent location. I was going to a concert at the Louisville Palace and it was right down the block, so I could walk.

My wife and I came up to Louisville to stay one night for a concert. We live a couple of hours away and didn’t really want to drive back afterwards. We thoroughly enjoyed this unit and it’s location. It was exactly as described and the located exceeded my expectations. Less than a block from Fourth Street Live and if you are going to an even at the Yum Center, you can walk it in 15 minutes if you want. Unit is in a safe area, well lit streets and parking access is super close. Check in process was easy and very well explained and we have saved this location for future visits. Highly recommended!
