The condo was clean and we didn't have any pets. We stayed during colder climate and the heater worked fine except it didn't seem to warm the main living area whereas the bedrooms got hot. The worst part was check-in. The door lock code we were provided did not work. We drove 8 hours from Florida which put our arrival at 8:00 p.m.and trying to reach someone/human was impossible. The contact phone number we were given was to some other property manager who obviously couldn't help us. When we contacted someone at VRBO there was a terrible language barrier due to the person speaking very broken English and he also put us on hold for better than 12 minutes. After several texts back and forth with the AI program we were finally given a door lock code that worked. Overall it took us almost an hour to finally get into the unit.
