My husband, mother in law and myself had a fabulous time.....the cabin was perfect!...very clean...had everything we could possibly need...enjoyed the fireplace as well...i feel we could not have picked a better cabin to stay in...thank you so much for sharing your peaceful home with us...we would like to stay again sometime in June-July for our 26th anniversary...thank you again and have a wonderful holiday season!...Jeannette...:)

The location is amazing. You are so close to downtown Helen, Unicoi State Park and Yonah Mountain. The house is super cozy. It was just my husband and myself, but I could see a big family staying here and enjoying it with plenty of room for all. The property is everything you want out of a cabin in the woods, but more. The creek and waterfall were such an added bonus. The hot tub was nice and hot and helped us relaxing after hiking. My only complaint is that the beds were not super comfy. That being said, we enjoyed our stay here so much.

The cabin was not cleaned before we arived. All the beds were slept in. Dirty wet towels on bathroom floors. Garbage cans running over. The hot tub water was dirty and smelled like a bait shop minnow tank. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO CONTACT INFORMATION IN THE PROPERTY TO REACH ANYONE IF THERE IS A PROBLEM. We were about to go home because we couldn't find anywhere else to stay and we called the last number on the landline phone caller ID. It was the property owner and they got people over to clean the nasty cabin.
