Inside, the WiFi-enabled home offers a family-friendly interior to suite groups of 9. Perfect for year-round getaways, the home is equipped with cosy underfloor heating for wintertime stays. To the light and airy ground floor, a modern open plan living features a stylish l-shaped sofa and an HD TV, alongside a dining area for 9. Accompanying the living room is a separate fitted kitchen diner with drip coffee machine.

Upstairs, a spacious en-suite family room with double king-size bed and extra single bed features alongside a double bedroom with terrace access and 2 further bedrooms, both of which are furnished with 2 sets of single beds. The picturesque private villa is situated along ‘Via G.Pascoli’ in Besozzo, 7-14 minutes’ walk away from a local range of eateries and restaurants.

Nearby Ispra (15 minutes’ drive away) offers a wide selection of bars, restaurants, supermarkets, the DK Summer Club, Active Sport Day excursions and lake swimming spots, whilst the famous UNESCO World Heritage site of ‘Hermitage di S.Caterina del Sasso’ in Reno di Leggiuno is just 17 minutes’ drive away.

Guests are also 17 minutes’ drive away from Loveno-Mombello, where a selection of authentic Italian Trattorias and Pizzerias, resort shops, the Laveno-Mombello Nord Train station and the Lake Maggiore car and passenger ferry stop await.

Other local Lake Maggiore highlights include Rocca di Angera castle, the Borromean Islands and the resort towns of Intra, Stresa, Arona and Pallanza.
