Bright and spacious contemporary style villa with private garden located in a strategic position next to the renowned Bogogno Golf Club and less than 30 minutes’ drive from Malpensa airport and Lake Maggiore, at the foot of the Alps.
Villa Corallo is a recently renovated property on 3 floors, laid out on about 180 sqm, composed of a large living room that opens on the veranda, a large and well-equipped kitchen, entertainment room, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, private parking.
The living room has large floor to ceiling windows that open onto the garden equipped with table and chairs. The between the living room and the kitchen there is a large table that seats up to 10 people. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a balcony; two smaller bedrooms are furnished with modular single beds but can be used also as twins pulling the second bed under the first; the 4th bedroom is found in the basement and features a French size bed 140 cm wide and 190 cm long mattress. Two bathrooms are fitted with showers, one with bathtub. The property also has a spacious basement with another double sofa-bed, large TV, table and chairs, used as entertainment room or playroom for families with children.
The technological features of the property include an air conditioning system, independent heating system, free Wi-Fi, Smart TV, Bluetooth speakers and the other basic electrical appliances.
