Comprising of 2 self-contained apartments each with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom (ID 2456 & 3028), this 6-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa retreat with pool provides the perfect Lake Maggiore retreat for flexible group sizes and extended family stays. Both WiFi-enabled apartments are equipped with a spacious living room with flat screen TV, and accompanying kitchen diner which are both fully equipped for easy-going self-catering stays. The small-scale residence just comprises of 1 other apartment (the owners), so peace and quiet is guaranteed!

Inside, the accessible ground floor apartment offers an open plan living room with access to a private alfresco dining terrace, alongside a lake view double bedroom with a king-size bed, a 2nd single bedroom and a 3rd bedroom/study with double sofa bed. A modern bathroom and private laundry facilities are also provided. Upstairs, the 1st floor loft-style apartment features a full-height beamed ceiling and a lake view living room with balcony access. A master bedroom with double king-size bed is accompanied by a 2nd guest room with two separate single beds and a 3rd child’s room with a single bed. A modern family bathroom with tub and shower cubicle completes the internal layout.

Outside, the sunny landscaped garden invites groups to unwind and entertain; with a private alfresco dining terrace and communal BBQ and outdoor swimming pool (open 1 May – 30 September) to enjoy within the communal garden (shared by the owner). A private double garage is also provided. From its tranquil lake view setting, guests are 7 minutes’ drive away from Caldè (also known as Castelveccana and popular for its beautiful lake beach, amazing restaurants and lakeside winery).

Situated in ‘Zona Pira Pianeggi’, the villa places guests within a short 7-minute drive from Caldè; with its picturesque lakeside village piazza, amenities and eateries to enjoy. Guests are also well placed for reaching the resort amenities and ferry-train links of Laveno-Mombello (14 minutes’ drive away). The charming resort town of Luino is only 19 minutes’ drive away, whilst nearby Ispra (34 minutes’ drive away) offers a wide selection of bars, restaurants, supermarkets, the DK Summer Club, Active Sport Day excursions and lake swimming spots. The famous UNESCO World Heritage site of ‘Hermitage di S. Caterina del Sasso’ in Reno di Leggiuno is 21 minutes’ drive away. Other local Lake Maggiore highlights include Rocca di Angera castle, the Borromean Islands and the resort towns of Intra, Stresa, Arona and Pallanza.
