About this apartment rental
Wake up to the gorgeous glow of the morning sunrise! Right on the beach with MANY activities such as an fireworks, live music, pool (summer), shopping, restaurants, nightlife, & gated parking for 1 or 2 cars. You’ll love this place because of the coziness, views, location, and the people. This place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers & families. We need to discuss pets PRIOR TO BOOKING.
Gated condo community right on the beach in Carolina Beach, park the car in the covered parking deck and walk to everything your hearts desires! Great restaurants, shopping, amusement park, arcade, live music, fun night life, don`t miss nationally recognized as best ever donuts, Brit`s Donuts! The views from the condo are breath-taking, wake to the sounds of the waves, have coffee in the balcony watching the sun rise. 1 bedroom sleeps 2 and a pull-out couch sleeps 2. Recently, professionally redecorated, no amenity or need left out. Flat screen TV`s with cable, wifi, full kitchen.
If you want to bring a pet, we need to discuss PRIOR TO BOOKING.
Full access inside the condo and full access to pool (summer season) and private beach access. Right next to the boardwalk and shopping, etc! One parking pass is left in the condo, if you need another pass for a second car, please let host know ahead of time.

There is a local farmers market by the lake on Saturday`s, fireworks every Thursday night during the summer season, live music planned weekly during the summer season. Literally park your car and never need to drive to anything!

North Carolina, we`re about 2 hours from Raleigh, you pretty much take I-40 east all the way to the end! Once you park your vehicle in the covered, gated garage, you won`t have a need for it anymore at 218 Cabana Suites!
The general rule is that pets are not allowed. If you have a small dog you’d like to bring, please let us know as we are open to talk about it. We do ask if a dog is agreed upon that you pay a small pet fee of $50 for our cleaning crew to ensure future guests that may be allergic to pets aren’t impacted.
The office downstairs has nothing to do with short term vacation rentals, please contact Angel or MK if you need ANYTHING.
There are places to rent great umbrellas, chairs, things to ride on the beach and around town at Pleasure Island Rentals and Hot Rods. Our guidebook has details.

Pictures give this rental all you need. No surprises.Very comfortable and very convenient location. Walked just about everywhere in CB from the property. Nice being able to see and hear the ocean from the condo.

Close to the beach. Well maintained. Nice pool. Enjoyed the proximity to the Ferris wheel and had a nice stay.

This condo is in a perfect location. Easy off street covered parking. Very secure location puts your mind at ease. TV was a little challenging but we figured it out. This little condo has it all - Perfect scenery, excellent A/C, beautiful bathroom, peaceful bedroom with an awesome bed and all the amenities anyone would need for a sweet Oceanside vacation.

Great location, few steps from the boardwalk, right on the beach, view of the ocean from the balcony. The apartment is renovated with nice flooring, ceiling. However, it was not worth for the very high price for few reasons:1. The seats and couch in the living area are dirty and have stains. I tried flipping the couch cushions, hoping it will be better, but they weren't.2. There were only 3-4 mugs for tea/coffee, they were old, worn out. 3. The pull out bed is not comfortable to sleep. It is also not big enough for 2 adults to sleep.4. The apartment is advertised for 4 people, but even with 3 of us it felt small.5. The list mentioned - "1 Twin Bed, 1 King Bed and 1 Double Sofa Bed", but there was no twin bed. I messaged the owner about the couch and cups, but got no response.
