The location was phenomenal. Walking distance to everything! The beach was steps from the front door. Food and the boardwalk were in walking distance.
There was a slight odor when we first arrived, but it went away after we turned the air conditioning on and got settled in. There was construction going on across the street that was not listed and was unexpected. It was very loud. It started very early in the morning and lasted all day.

The location was amazing. Just steps to the beach and walking distance to the park at the lake.
The house was obviously dated and had ants. The property sent out a pest control service the next day however there were still ants all over the kitchen and even in our cars. It pretty much ruined our stay.
