This custom family home is nestled high in the mountains of the Cordillera Valley Club which is a private golf community that hosts breathtaking views of the surrounding mountain ranges.
This home boasts 5 bedrooms including 3 king beds, 1 queen bed, and 1 queen sofa bed. With 4.5 bathrooms equipped with amenities such as a hairdryer, bathtub, and shower, guests will feel right at home. Inside the home is a fully stocked kitchen with high end appliances and a custom pizza oven! The kitchen is a delight to cook in while you look out multiple windows in the great room. You will be able to enjoy breathtaking views form almost every room in the house with 3 gas fireplaces to keep you cozy. You can wind down at our home by enjoying our private hot tub, fire pit, indoor sauna, steam shower and wine room!
Steps from our front door is a hiking trail that brings in all types of wildlife and serene nature. This trail leads directly to the Cordillera Ranch Trailhead pool and activity center! The outdoor pool and pool house facility is equipped with locker rooms, pool table, ping pong table, gaming systems and large screen televisions for game days! In the summer Cordillera offers golf access, fly fishing in a reserved area of the river, multiple ponds throughout for picnics and fishing, outdoor paddle and tennis courts, a state-of-the-art athletic facility with indoor lap pool and commercial size jacuzzi, all within walking distance! The winter offers snow shoeing, sleigh riding, and cross-country skiing! Throughout the year the equestrian facility is available for trail rides, riding lessons, horse drawn sleigh rides and a 4-day trail ride from Vail to Aspen.
