Red Draw is a five-bedroom private residence in Cordillera. This mountain retreat near Edwards and Beaver Creek pairs inviting gathering spaces with a private outdoor hot tub, indoor sauna, steam shower, and wooded fire-pit terrace. Come for mountain days, then settle into the pleasure of being here.

A MOUNTAIN HOME TO SETTLE INTO

Set among aspens and evergreens, this five-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath home offers room to gather and space to retreat. Large windows bring the wooded setting into the living spaces, while three gas fireplaces make returning home part of the pleasure.

COOK, GATHER, LINGER

Make breakfast at your own pace, plan a dinner together, or turn an evening into pizza night with the built-in pizza oven. The kitchen and shared living areas give everyone a comfortable place to reconnect between mountain adventures. The separate lounge/library offers a window seat, bookshelves, chess table and comfortable seating, and the home also has a dedicated wine room.

YOUR OWN PLACE TO UNWIND

Enjoy the outdoor hot tub, indoor sauna, and steam shower. Beyond the house, the flagstone fire-pit terrace sits among the trees, with wooden chairs for unhurried evenings outdoors. Fire-pit use is subject to local restrictions.

ROOM FOR EVERYONE

Three king beds, a queen bed, and a queen sofa bed provide flexible sleeping arrangements for up to 10 guests. Two king bedrooms are on the upper main level, with the third king on the lower level. The queen sofa bed is in the separate game room.

THE SECRET HIDEOUT

A cozy twin-bed hideout with twinkling lights and a curtain, tucked inside the queen guest bedroom. The hideout is part of the queen bedroom, not a separate bedroom.

NATURE AT THE DOORSTEP

An official community hiking trail is accessible directly from the home and leads toward the Trailhead Clubhouse. Routes are subject to weather and wildlife closures.

Elk and deer sometimes move through the yard. Sightings are a special possibility, never a guarantee. Enjoy wildlife from a safe distance, never feed or approach animals, and keep food and trash secured. The wooded surroundings offer a quieter side of the valley, with Edwards and Beaver Creek as nearby destinations for days out.

OPTIONAL CORDILLERA AMENITIES

For an added way to enjoy Cordillera, we recommend the optional community amenity access, available for $300 per month. This includes the Athletic Center, seasonal Trailhead Pool, and Short Course, subject to community rules, operating schedules, and availability. The fee applies only if you choose this access. Trailhead’s outdoor pools are seasonal; its clubhouse building is open year-round with indoor games, televisions and lounging space, subject to access rules and equipment availability. The Athletic Center offers an indoor pool and fitness facilities. The Short Course is subject to eligibility, tee times, seasonal operations and separate charges. Private Club at Cordillera golf and dining, Gondola Club privileges and equestrian experiences are not automatically included.

BEFORE YOU BOOK

Cordillera community guidelines require a formal lease agreement and guest registration for all reservations. Rentals must be at least 30 days. We guide you through the rental agreement and tenant-information process before arrival.

Mountain weather and road conditions can change; plan for seasonal driving conditions. No pets, smoking or events. Maximum occupancy: 10 guests.
