Welcome to our newly remodeled alpine retreat in Edwards’ beautiful Homestead neighborhood! As local Vail Valley residents, we’re thrilled to share our home with you. Because we manage the property ourselves—rather than through a corporate management company—you can count on personal care, prompt communication, and genuine local recommendations to make your stay special.
Located a short walk from Riverwalk’s local cafes, shops, and groceries, and just 10 minutes from world-class skiing at Beaver Creek (20 minutes to Vail), our townhome offers the ideal base for mountain adventures, family trips, or remote work getaways.
The Space:
We renovated this home with comfort and functionality in mind, creating an open, sunlit layout on the 2nd and 3rd floors where everyone can gather easily while enjoying private en-suite spaces.
Living Area: High ceilings, a warm gas fireplace, plush seating, and a large Smart TV—ideal for aprés-ski relaxation or movie nights with the family.
Remodeled Kitchen & Dining: Fully updated with new appliances, a dining table, and a breakfast bar. Stocked with cooking basics, cookware, dishware, and coffee station.
Loft Workspace: Located upstairs, the open loft features high-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated desk setup—perfect for checking emails between ski runs or setting up for full remote workdays.
3 Bedrooms / 3 En-Suite Bathrooms:
- Primary Suite: King bed with a private en-suite bathroom.
- Bedroom 2: King bed with a private en-suite bathroom.
- Bedroom 3: Twin-over-Full bunk bed plus a Full pull-out sofa bed with a private en-suite bathroom—ideal for kids, teens, or flexible group arrangements.
*All 3 full bathrooms feature shower/tub combos, with complimentary toiletries, hair dryers, and linens provided.
Private Deck: Equipped with outdoor seating, a gas grill, and an outdoor gas heater—so you can enjoy fresh mountain air and drinks outside, even on crisp winter evenings.
Community Amenities: Full access to the complex’s year-round outdoor hot tub, summer pool, and playground just steps from the front door.
Guest Access:
Guests have full, private access to the entire 2nd and 3rd floor of the townhome via secure keyless entry. Prior to your arrival, we’ll send detailed check-in instructions and your unique digital door code.
Parking: Ample parking for up to 4 vehicles (2-car garage + 2-car driveway).

Because this is our first season hosting and we live right here in the valley, we take great pride in making sure your stay is seamless. We want you to feel completely at home, and we're always just a quick message away if you need anything or want insider tips on the best local trails, coffee spots, or ski runs.
Other details to keep in mind:
Layout & Stairs: The residence is situated on the 2nd and 3rd floors, so guests will need to navigate interior stairs to access the main living space and upper bedrooms.
Heating & Cooling: Like most homes in the Vail Valley, the townhome does not have central air conditioning. Ceiling and portable fans along with cool mountain night air keep things comfortable during summer. Central radiant heat keeps the home warm and cozy all winter long.
Guest Safety: For your security, this property is equipped with 2 exterior cameras monitoring the front door and driveway. They do not capture any interior spaces or private relaxation areas. Video and audio are recorded only when motion is detected.
House Rules: To protect our newly remodeled home and respect our Homestead neighbors:
- No smoking anywhere on the premises (including decks).
- No pets allowed.
- No parties, events, or large gatherings.
- Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
