About this house rental
Walk to the chair lift in 7 minutes or call the free Dial-A-Ride for service to pick you up in your home and drop you off at the chair lift. There is also a free Skier's Parking Lot in Arrowhead. Arrowhead, Beaver Creek and Bachelor Gulch Mountains are a skier's paradise and all inter-connected. This single-family mountain 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home sleeps 10 comfortably but there is a leather Ralph Lauren pull-out in the living room to sleep 2 more. This is ideal for a family ski vacation. Arrowhead has world-class skiing in walking distance to our home.
Main floor (wood floors with rugs) consists of large kitchen with TV, dining room for 10-12, living room with entertainment unit incl. 45-inch HDTV, PlayStation, board games, fire place, and great open views. Master bedroom-king bed, with 40-inch HDTV, patio and en suite bathroom- both shower and Jacuzzi, walk-in closet. Also, on main floor is a bedroom that has 2 twin beds -with fab views, TV with an en suite bathroom and large closet . Room is big enough to accommodate a crib (making it perfect for a nanny and baby). This room can also be used for a study. Main floor powder room with textured walls.
Upstairs has a junior master (king bed) with walk-in closets, en-suite bathroom w/Jacuzzi and shower, TV, etc., a queen bedroom and a 3 single-bed bedroom that have a shared bathroom with tub and shower. Parking for 1 car in garage & 1 car in the driveway.
Access to outdoor swimming pool in summer and Jacuzzi near the pool in the winter

We had a great vacation at this house. For those wanting to ski at Beaver Creek/Arrowhead the location is vey convenient. There is a really useful dial-a-ride service.
The house is perfect for a large family or group. The kitchen is well supplied. The living room provides a great gathering location. There is a great office for anyone that needs to work during a vacation.
The owner was very responsive and helpful.

John and I spent two weeks in this beautiful community with friends the first week and family the second. The home is very convenient with easy access to the Arrowhead lift. The set up of the house worked well for all of us, furnishings well kept and very home is very clean. The property manager was very receptive when called and cleaning service mid stay was excellent.
The only suggestion I would have would be to organize the kitchen cookware better. Just seemed many items have been shelved in wrong place and difficult to find. But once found it is obvious everything is there. We did not realize the fifth bedroom was roll away beds in closet of office. It worked fine but took a while to find the beds.
Overall a very nice house and we would definitely stay again.

This was our first time staying in Arrow head. We would absolutely come again! This home is in a perfect location super close to Arrow head lift as well as community hot tub and pool. The house itself easily accommodates a large group, plenty of beds as well as a large kitchen. Lots of great meals were enjoyed here. Absolutely a family vacation to remember.

Our stay in Arrowhead was a wonderful stay. The home is has a phenomenal location to the ski mountain, all of a seven minute walk.
The house was warm and inviting, the fireplace was a welcome site after a day of skiing.
The dining table was large enough to accomodate all of our guests for the many home cooked meals.
Would definitively recommend this home.
