The Neighborhood:
The apartment is set in an up-market area of Edinburgh, making it very close to different tourist attractions. Such include the Water of Leith Walkway, the Stockbridge Market and others. The street is extremely quiet due to limited access for cars and, therefore zero traffic flows.
However, the apartment is a leisurely walk into the city centre to the South and the affluent area of Stockbridge to the North - boasting great eateries, cafes and boutique shopping. You will also have access to the exclusive Moray Place and Doune Terrace gardens.

Getting Around:
● The nearest bus stop to the property is a short 3-minute walk, Kerr Street.
● A 20-minute walk will take you to Edinburgh Waverley train station.

∗Please note that а refundable damage deposit of £250 is mandatory and should be paid via card and before check-in. We inspect the property after you check out; if there is no damage, we refund the deposit within 2 days via bank transfer.
∗Please note that a small non-shedding dog will be accepted on the property, upon request.
∗Please note that JOIVY is not responsible or liable for any lost, misplaced or stolen items during guest stays.
*If you need a travel cot or sofa bed linens, please let us know in advance or add this to your reservation from your dedicated boarding pass for an additional fee.
∗There is also a cupboard in which you will find a comfy air mattress which you can use in addition to the sofa bed. However, you should bear in mind that you need to warn in advance should you decide to use both so there will be time to prepare linens for them.
*An additional charge of £28 applies for linens. This fee is not included in the booking total and must be paid separately prior to check-in.
