About this house rental
Great 4 bedroom home located a quick walk from Dicky Beach and the surf club. This spacious dual living home offers at least 2 of everything - 2 levels, 2 kitchens, 2 loungerooms, 2 bathrooms plus more. Perfect for large families or friends.
Ocean views from the lounge room will entice you to stroll down the road to Dicky Beach, dine at the local cafes or explore the local parklands.
From alfresco dining to a quick snack at the local cafe, you are only limited by your imagination. Dine at the local surf club, swim at the patrolled Dicky Beach, stroll along the walkways and beaches, or picnic in the parklands.
Stylishly furnished, timber flooring and a fresh crisp decor all add up to a great holiday location.
Upstairs you have access to your own kitchen, lounge room and 2 bedrooms (1 King bed plus 2 single beds) plus a stylish bathroom.
Downstairs provides all that the top floor has to offer and the added bonus of the laundry. You can relax in the evening on the rear balcony and listen to the birds as they settle in for the evening. There are no internal stairs connecting the top and bottom levels, but there is covered stair access via the balcony at the rear of the house.
A modern designed open planned kitchen located both upstairs and downstairs is great for creating meals for the whole family. Both kitchens come complete with microwaves and dishwashers as well as all the cooking and eating utensils you require.
