About this house rental
Located in the heart of Dicky Beach, this architecturally designed beachside home has plenty of room for the whole family and your fur baby. With multiple living spaces, two bathrooms and four bedrooms spread over two spacious levels, this private and fully-fenced home also has a covered deck, an outdoor kitchen under a separate patio and heated swimming pool perfectly positioned surrounded by landscaped gardens.
Master Bedroom: King bed with daybed, ensuite, aircon and private balcony. This bedroom is on upper level
Bed 2: Queen bed on ground floor
Bed 3: Queen bed on ground floor
Bed 4: 2 x king singles with additional trundle bed if required. This bedroom is on upper level and has aircon. Trundle bed is suitable for a child or a short adult.
There is a small study to setup your laptop for that "working holiday". Includes a chair, desk, monitors, docking station and keyboard and mouse.
Outside:
Heated swimming pool with two sun lounges
Covered deck with comfy couch
Separate covered patio with outdoor kitchen
All surrounded by landscaped gardens and a fully fenced yard.
The house is just a few minutes walk from a patrolled surf beach and surf club, BBQ area, playground and skatepark.
Enjoy our heated pool for a more comfortable swim throughout much of the year. The heating system is designed to gently warm the water and extend the swimming season, making it more enjoyable during cooler weather. Please note that this is a swimming pool, not a spa, so the water is maintained at a comfortable swimming temperature rather than the warmer temperatures typically associated with hot tubs or baths. Actual water temperature may vary depending on weather conditions and the time of year.

DVD / Blu-ray Player with lots of DVDs
Early check-in is often available when requested (no additional cost) but depends on the departure of previous guests and cleaners availability. Therefore we cannot confirm until closer to check-in day.
You'll be just a short stroll away from cosy cafés, dine in and takeaway restaurants, a pharmacy, a bottle shop, and a mini supermarket. It’s only a 5-minute walk to the patrolled beach, with the Dicky Beach Surf Club also close by.
Various on-lead and off-lead dog beaches also a short walk away along with an off-leash dog park for your fur baby to run free.
