Overall, we had a great experience. The host was very communicative, providing updates prior to our arrival and checking in throughout our stay. She was also very responsive to any questions we had.
The house was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and well-suited for our family. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it to others.

The property was great, had everything we needed was clean and tidy and the property manager Jody was lovely and easy to deal with. Communication was great from the beginning and check in was a breeze. The pool was lovely, the kids really enjoyed it. The canal is at the end of the street with a short walk to a little coffee shop. Perfect accommodation for families. I am sure we will be booking this property again.
If anything the pool could of been a little warmer, but that didn't stop the kids from getting in

There was a mix up .. the people that were managing the property when we booked weren't the managers anymore ,so we went to the wrong place to get keys.
The new manager had sent an email the night before we left ,i didn't see it.We eventually only had to use a lock box.
It all worked out so all good...
It was a great house with everything you could want.,maybe spare towels if anything.
